  • 1. Is Apex Bank Online Banking Secure?

    Yes. We use advanced encryption technology to ensure your information stays safe and secure. And only you have access to your accounts with your Personal ID and Password. We strongly suggest you do not share your Personal ID, Password, PIN or account number with anyone. And please know that Apex Bank will never request this type of information via email.

  • 2. How do I enroll in Online Banking?

    To enroll for Online Banking you need to complete a one time enrollment process. Visit our online banking login page and click on “New User”. Please enter the required details and click “Complete Sign Up”. You will receive an email once the registration has been processed with further instructions.

  • 3. What kind of transactions can I perform using Online Banking?

    When you log in to Online Banking you can view information or complete various transactions, including:

    • View account balance and transaction information.
    • Pay bills online to anyone, anywhere in the United States. (Bill Pay fee: $4.50 (up to 10 items); $0.37 for each additional item)
    • Move funds easily between your Apex Bank accounts.
    • Enjoy the convenience of FREE Online Statements
    • Manage your personal information and accounts
  • 4. What if I forget my username and password?

    If you forget your username, please click on the “Can’t access my account” on the Online Banking Login page. Then, click on “I forgot my username”. Enter your email address, when prompted  and the username will be sent to your email.

    If you forget your password, click on the “Can’t access my account” on the Online Banking Login page. You will be asked to enter your telephone number (which must match our bank records) and the username. You will receive an automated call with a temporary password. Enter that (temporary password) in the box on your screen and click confirm. After this, you will be asked to enter the temporary password again and the new password.   • 5. What can I do to protect my online account information?

    Some ways to increase your security are:

    • Make your Password alpha-numeric, change it periodically and keep it confidential.
    • Install anti-virus and firewall software on your computer.
    • Never share any personal information, especially social security numbers, account numbers, or log in and Password information via email.

  • 6. What do I do if my debit/ATM card is lost or stolen?

    If you lose your debit/ATM card or if it is stolen, please contact a Customer Service Representative  at your local branch immediately; if after hours or weekends, call 800.500.1044

  • 7. How much does Online Banking Cost?

    There is NO charge for Online Banking. However, using Bill Pay services will cost $4.50 a month for up to 10 bills and then $0.37 per bill after 10.

  • 8. Will I be able to view my statements online?

    Yes. You must initially accept the Disclosure to view statements online by either clicking the link for Online Statements on right hand side of screen once logged in; or clicking on the additional services tab and clicking Online statements. Once the disclosure has been accepted, your statement will be available beginning with your next statement cycle.

  • 9. Are there limits to the number of transfers I can make online?

    You are not limited to a certain number of transfers performed with online banking; however, certain types of accounts such as savings account(s) do have limits on how many withdrawals can be made without incurring a service charge.

  • 10. Are there limits to the types of transfers i can do with Online Banking?

    You may transfer funds between personal checking, savings and money market accounts. You may also transfer funds from a personal deposit account to a Apex bank personal loan to make a payment.
